Harrow Swim Meet is Saturday, August 13th, 2011.

Swimmers are allowed to swim 3 events, plus the I.M. Please email me- shellcook@xplornet.ca  , if your swimmer is attending with the stroke they chose to do and their date of birth, NO LATER THEN AUGUST 3RD, 2011!!

NO LATE ENTRIES will be excepted due to Harrow's entry deadline. 

The cost is $5 per swimmer, lunch is NOT included. Date of birth is determined as of August 13th, 2011

Dresden Swim Meet July 23rd, 2011. Registration is at 8:00am. Cost $6 per swimmer, does not include lunch. Payable the day of the meet.
Swimmers are encouraged to swim all strokes and please email me by Monday, July 18th, 2011 if your swimmer plans on attending because Dresden requires pre-registration.

Reminder our Swim Meet is Sunday, July 24th, 2011. The cost is $10 per swimmer which includes a lunch combo, consisting of a hamburger or hotdog, kool-aid jammer and a bag of chips. Warm ups are at 7:30am SHARP! Meet to begin at 8:00am. Parent volunteers are still need, please sign up in the pool hut. Donations are still required to cover the cost of items that have already been purchased. Just a reminder that Swimteam registration begins Monday April 18th at the Civic center next to the police station in Tilbury. The registration price is $75 set by recreation programs of Chatham Kent. The swim suit sizing dates are May 11th, 17th and 19th from 5pm to 7pm. This season, the TILBURY VIKINGS PARENTS ASSOC. will be covering part of the cost on the suits. 1) When you compete you burn carbohydrates. Any time you are going at maximum effort you are using
the anaerobic system, which can only be fuelled by carbohydrates. In a meet you need to re-load with carbs,
