Year End Party and Election of Board

There will be a parents meeting and election for the board from 4:00 till 5:00 pm. Nomination and sign up sheet is posted in the pool, if anyone is interested in running for a position. The By-laws have also posted in the pool and can also be found on the website.

Potluck supper to follow, please sign the sheet in the pool if your family plans on attending and if you are bringing a salad or dessert. Hamburgers and Hotdogs will be provided by the board.

On Sunday the Tilbury Vikings competed in their final swim meet of the season in Ridgetown. The top medal winners were:

On Saturday Tilbury Vikings competed in Dresden finishing first overall. The top medal winners were: Leah Jubenville 1^st in the girls 6 and under, Emma Barrette 2^nd in the girls 6 & under Morgan Tetzlaf 3^rd in the 7&8 girls, Naomi Treloar 1st in 9-10 girls, Lauren Gardiner 3^rd in the girls 9-10 Emily Pelchat 1st in 11-12 girls, Maddie Pardo 2^nd in the 11-12 girls, Brianne Meunier 1^st in the girls 13-14 and Jessica Cook 1st in the 15 & over girls, Brittany Cook 2^nd in the 15 & over girls. Evan Jubenville 1^st in the boys 7-8, Devon Leboeuf 1^rd in the boys 9-10, Travis Ives 1^st in 11-12 and J.J. Innes finished 2^nd in the boys 15 & over.

Essex Swim Meet

Essex's swim meet is Monday, July 25th, 2011. The swimmer's are allowed to swim 3 events with I.M as an option. Warm ups are at 8:30 be there at 8:00. Age is Determined as of January 1st, 2011. The cost is $7 per swimmer which includes lunch. Club swimmer's swim up one age category.
Please email me- shellcook@xplornet.ca if your swimmer wishes on attending this meet, there date of birth and which 3 races they will be swimming.

The Tilbury Viking’s started off their swim season by competing in their first two swim meets this past weekend. On Saturday they competed in Glencoe finishing second overall. The top medal winners were: Naomi Treloar 1^st in the 7&8 girls, Marisa Morrow 2^nd in 9-10 girls, Megan Mercer 2^nd in 11-12 girls, and Jessica Cook 1st in the 15 & over girls, Brittany Cook 2^nd in the 15 & over girls. Devon Leboeuf 3^rd in the boys 9-10 and J.J. Innes finished 2^nd in the boys 15 & over.

Sunday they competed in Dutton finishing first overall as a team.
